About Us

Hi!  We are Celia and Morgan, two transplants from Missouri and Arizona. We met at work (we’re both therapists!) and we figured out pretty quickly that we both absolutely love exploring Colorado. One day we were on the hunt for bottomless mimosas in Boulder- and we weren’t able to find any online resources on the topic so,,, Mountains and Mimosas was born! Our mission is simple, we want to share our experiences and things we love about Colorado with you all. Our blog roots are in Boulder, but we also enjoy Denver and surrounding areas. From picturesque hikes to all day happy hours, we've got you covered.  Let's be friends.
